They are only capable of handling the most basic of taxes and their lack of communication is appalling. Holding people’s tax documents with no communication is not okay. I had reached out two times over their app and called twice in order to get a response. Don’t waste your time.

DONT waste your time. I went to pick up my paperwork and go somewhere else. After two weeks of waiting for them to be filed, not a single thing done to my taxes. And not ONE phone call from the representative. I was the one reaching out to check the status.

I dropped off my taxes 3 1/2 weeks ago.I called at the end of the first week and they told me someone was working on it and it should be done within a few days. I called a few days later and they said they have no idea of anyone even started it but my tax professional will call me back.She called me back a week later and said she will work on it and it will be done within the day or 2. A couple days ago by I call back and she says the tax professional will get back to me, I haven't heard anything since. Everytime I call they either telle my tax pro will call me back but never does. I also emailed her and no response.
