I really appreciate the new pill pack - my 88 year old mom is able to be independent with her pills.
We had had a couple bumps but over all it has worked great.

Staff is generally friendly, moreso helpful than anything else. The prescription prices are worth it, especially if you don't have insurance. This is my go-to location.

Long time customer and the last year the pharmacy employees are horrible. Same with Pharmacist. I have been out of my blood pressure pills and they are waiting for delivery. A different pharmacy has called them 3x for them to transfer and they have not. 2 weeks ago had covid was Paxlovid and couldn't take because it took them 4 days to get it in. Missed the window. Very disssmisve and rude. So sad because they used to be top notch

Last time filling here, this is the second time I have called in a prescription in early 10 and it still not ready by 1pm. That's in excusable, especially since this was the only time I had to pick it up today due to work and taking my kids trick or treating afterwards so I will have to go without my medication for most of the day tomorrow. I have been on this medication for 20 years and it's the first pharmacy to use it as an excuse for a delay. Until recently I was able to just request it at the counter and it was done by the time I did my shopping, aprox. 30 min so idk if they had a change in management or what happened but 3 hours+ is unacceptable.

So last Thursday my boyfriend and I did the bogo steak dinner. The steaks where very think. The used to be a few years ago. We where not asked how we wanted our steak cooked. We ate in the dining room very hard to cut a steak with butter knife. My boyfriend steak was very rare.

Yes in sycamore this is the place to go get your groceries they have a huge selection that compares to the Whole Foods store but a cheaper prices.I love the fact that you can also get your receipts on your email They have a coffee shop and a huge restaurant to sit and eat there too.On Wednesday they have a pay one get one free sushi and is very good they have sandwiches and pizza and a huge selection already made Chinese food Did I tell you it has its own pharmacy and a huge liquor store Yes I forgot to mention they have their own gas station and you can use your rewards card from the point you earn from the grocery store

App is clunky and difficult to add prescriptions to, phone line isn't much better, and staff isn't super helpful/knowledgeable. Additionally they do not take GoodRX coupons and fill time is super slow. If you need your prescription filled on any sort of schedule (ie. if you have a scrip you can't have filled until the day you run out because of dispensing limits) do not go here. Try Walgreens or Meijer.

This review is for Fast&Fresh - which is the HyVee C-Store by the gas pumps, not for the supermarket (which is really good BTW). Good coffee, quick and efficient, the coffee was hot and my Gatorade was cold. I didn't buy gas but did check the prices versus the area and found it in the top third pricewise. I don't know if HyVee has some price discount tied to shopping in the supermarket.

I use to go to Walgreens, but they failed to inform me they were out of my prescription and that it was going to be 5 days before they could fulfill it. I had to call in to obtain that information.I called the Hy-Vee pharmacy and explained that I was expecting a prescription to come through and that it was important that I was notified of being filled and ready to be picked up. There were complications with my doctor sending the wrong prescription, which had me calling the Hy-Vee pharmacy so much. There were many frustrated tears she’d over this prescription debacle, but the Hy-Vee pharmacy staff were patient and understanding. They prioritized my experience as a customer and human. I deeply appreciate the way everyone handled my numerous phone calls. Not one employee got short with me even though I had called an annoying amount of times. I am forever using Hy-Vee Pharmacy for my prescriptions.
