The staff here was amazing and helped save us from overpaying on a car I purchased from the dealership. Dominique Bentley even stayed late to assist us and explain everything regarding membership and the loan details. Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Been a member for over 25 years, and they USED to be my go to. Made a mistake on a debit by $10.00 yes only $10.00 they returned the payment to cc company. Charged me $35.00 NSF fee now my credit card past due, and the credit card charged me $25.00. Out $60.00 on a $10.00 mistake that I CANNOT AFFORD in these TOUGH times!!!! Have an account at FNB across the street, and they CHARGE NO FEES!! We do have our $25.00 Share that they could use to cover an overdraft!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Plus, they do not answer the phone!!

I would never use this one. My debit card got locked when I was trying to pay for my stuff and I called the bank 7 times to fix it and they never did. They just kept putting me on hold and telling me to call different people

To start off I should have known better not to use this credit Union again it was my mistake and I suggest you guys look at their rating because they only have 2.7 for a reason talking to him get you nowhere they take money out of your account the staff including the bank president are incompetent!!!!!

The worst bank ever. My wife has had non stop issues, no one can keep their story straight, they make it very clear they don't care about you. My wife paid her loan and suddenly they claim she didn't when we have proof. They just don't care. A worker named Daisy was the ONLY responsible person we've talked to. If you are moving expect to be ignored if you need to change something. Trust me, go somewhere else.

The employees are nice but it is SOOOOO difficult to get ahold of a representative. I leave my number for a call back and never get called back.

This place can't seem to keep staff. Worked with a person this morning who said she was filling in from another branch. What happened to the wonderful girls who worked there. These new people don't seem to care about me or my money. Place was tore up. Why are you remodeling a practically new year old building? I'm concerned for the safety of my money. No wonder you can't pay decent interest you're wasting my money on this stuff.

Trying to get a car loan from this company after being a member for 27 years. Called on a Friday spoke with someone stating a loan officer would be calling me back. Here is is a week later, Friday, and i left a number to have someone call me back after being in hold for 15minutes. 2 hours later, so no call. Overly frustrated. You really have no one that i can speak to? Very disappointed.

Today's cards are useless from ICCU In stores they always reject them I feel ashamed to use them in every store that rejects them and I have been in this bank for many years

This bank use to be the best when Mary W. worked there. Now it has gone downhill like a train wreck .They've shortened thier hours, closed multiple branches, and now made it more difficult to see credit card statements and pay as they make you go through multiple sites to do our banking.Different people give you different answers and run around to the same simple questions with no resolve.They'll show your balance that you owe on thier app, but make you go on another site to pay it and see the breakdown of charges and payments.I would strongly advise to be a member of another credit union because sadly this one isn't what it used to be. It used to be a bank of people that cared. Now you're just a number like everyone else and they are years behind the technology curve.

I have been with Illinois Community Credit Union for approximately 21 years now. There has been a lot of changes. Have I had problems, yes but they get right on it and help me resolve any issues for the most part I've had threw the years. Only problem I have is wish the Genoa Branch was still open to the public. ;)

I've been with ICCU since the purchase of my 1st car and I don't see myself financing with anyone else. I recently purchased my 5th car and this time was no different from the first, the loan process was seamless!!! This go round I worked with Marisa Burgin, she was amazing! She answered all of my questions during and even after the purchase. I also appreciate the swiftness in her completing the process...she was definitely on top of things! Thanks Marisa!

WORST BANK EVER. $5 ACCOUNT CLOSING FEE, $10 INACTIVITY FEE. I SUPPOSE IF YOU ONLY HAVE $5 AND YOU ARE INACTIVE THEY WILL BILL YOU $5.AVOID.

The branch manager wants to be a mask n**** I closed my accounts and will never do business with them again. She threatened to call the police because I walked in without a mask.
