Had (key word) Allstate for a few years, never had a claim. Rates have almost doubled (wth) $2000 a year for 2 cars my wife and I are in our 40s no accidents or tickets unreal, home insurance has gone up $700 over 2 years for a 5 year old house. I don't know if the rates are a reflection of your office or Allstates poor performance in the market over the last year. Regardless, what a joke. I shopped around and have better coverage on my home and cars and saved $1000 alone on my vehicles and $500 on my house. Unreal.....

I can’t thank Jill and Jenny enough for all of their help with my dad’s estate. After he passed away, they gave me clear and concise information about his policies, and they assisted me with monthly payment plans so I could easily maintain policies until his vehicle and house were sold. I have been a lifelong customer of State Farm, and I am now looking into switching to Allstate because of the extraordinary service Jill and Jenny provided for me during a difficult time. I highly recommend them!

I am definitely not in good hands with these crooks. My insurance clearly states that ice dams are covered. Recently had an ice dam last winter & ruined the inside ceiling of my house & rotted the wood & there is black mold covering my ceiling insulation under the shingles. Long story short I filed a claim, they sent a guy out who didn't even work for Allstate to take pictures. He forwarded them onto an adjuster. Got a call from the adjuster talking about the windows & gutters not being covered. I I had to explain to him what the claim was for, for him to say "unfortunately since there is no damage to the shingles that it will not be covered." The damage is under the shingles & the ceiling of my house cause of water getting under the shingles.I have reached out via phone, email, reviews and have not heard a peep back from anyone. If you look up insurance companies that do not cover what they say, Allstate is number one.Definitely do not recommend doing business with them.

How do you know a company cares about their customers? They provide assistance after you move away! I am very thankful to Jenny for helping my daughter with an insurance issue even though we have not been clients for a couple of years. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for insurance!

Not the least bit happy with allstate or this agency. Rates doubled after having to use policy. Claim has been open since July and here it is December 31st and claim still open. Agent hasn't reached out with any help and in fact when I did contact them for line to contact someone at claims since my adjuster was just terrible I got the feeling I was bothering them. Biggest mistake was switching to Allstate thru this agency for me. I can't wait to just be done with Allstate all together!

Was it a car accident that was not my fault. so I had to get an attorney to file a claim. Jill Ellis would not help me file a claim. So instead I had to pay out a lot to an attorney which it was an easy case. never went to trial they settled but due to my insurance company with Jill Ellis I am walking away with hardly anything after paying attorney and hospital bills. I should not have had to deal with all the stress when I paid car insurance, what was the point Jill Ellis ??????? I should’ve gone with the cheapest insurance I found with this type of service. thanks for nothing . Thanks for not being there for me like you guys claim and for giving me the runaround. My car was totaled so I’m at a lost

I had nothing but problems with Allstate. I was not only appalled at the increases each year for both my auto and home insurance but also the errors with communication. I went with another insurance company and saved almost a $1,000 a year for a bundled policy. I cancelled my Allstate policies and received a partial refund. Then without any notice I received a collection notice. I would think about Allstate again but not with this agency.

Whether it was getting our insurance for the first time, making vehicle changes, billing questions etc they are always pleasant on the phone, answered all of my questions. Everything was as it should be the 1st time I called about anything!

Had an accident they said it’s not my fault. But told he they aren’t doing to help me with getting the other insurance to pay due to them claiming it was 50% my fault. The kid pulled out from a side street on to a high traffic major street.Had to get a lawyer which is great but had to pay . So why in the world did I have insurance again

Jill is a wonderful agent. We have a couple of questions in recent years and she’s always responded quickly with solid advice. We started with auto and rental insurance so when we purchased our first home, we had no question about staying with Allstate and Jill for homeowners insurance. Definitely recommend!!
