I will say that renting above was not good for me, so I had to leave. Never a problem there, with ANYTHING! Simple, easy and customer service was great. I am at a new plve down the road and it's already taxing on me. They are failing so you may have a repeat customer this year, I will just have to get a ground level unit!

Very clean, very secure! Easily 5 starts but for the electronic locks that don’t always connect to my phone properly (took many minutes to gain access to my unit today), and they close at 8:00pm. I cannot get to my items after 8pm and that’s highly inconvenient. Will likely be moving to a 24 hour access place within the next couple of months. Otherwise it’s a really nice place.

I’m experiencing a lot of anger with my unit. It’s hard to get the door to the unit closed. And the back loading door constantly closes and locks you out. When you’re located by the back door and are moving by yourself with your hands full, you can’t be opening up the door with an app. There are better ways to make this more convenient for your guests. They respond as fast as they can to requests and they were able to accommodate moving me in quickly.

KEEP Sycamore is the best storage facility I have ever used - by far! Clean, accessible, reasonably priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend 100%!!!

Worst storage system ever waste of money posted hours of open office know body there to talk to . Too expensive to hard to navigate website to find how to end storage hard to get out of contracts people hard to deal with on phone will tell you to go to website which doesn't once in a storage unit hard to get out of oneDon't get stuck in a endless rental contract. Know to answer the phone for help paid $75,00 for 2 weeks 5×5 ×4 loft so not worth it.

Great climate controlled storage facility. I left my belongings here for a year and everything was exactly as I left it. Staff are helpful and friendly. Building is always very clean!

This place is awesome. It is SO clean. I’ve never seen a storage place this clean. They have lots of different sizes and their prices are very reasonable. They are very customer service focused and friendly. Access is so easy with their electronic app on your phone. They work with you regarding billing. Samantha is super. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!!!
