This was my first time dealing with Mark’s machine shop. We realized that our plow was not working and we had heavy snow predicted for tomorrow. Our usual shop retired late last year and are no longer in business. I called other shops and was told it would take 10-14 days to inspect our plow.I talked to Bryce at Mark’s, and he assured me that they could inspect and work on our plow the same day. Eric checked it out, found the problem and had it fixed within an hour. He let me know that if I called him in a few days after the heavy snow, they could replace a broken running light on our plow with parts they keep in stock.The service was fast, accurate, and I could not be happier. And the repair cost was very reasonable. Mark’s has a new customer in us!
