I booked an appointment 10 days prior to the service date because they were booked solid. I dropped my car off at the appointment time, and I did not hear back for over a day. So I called for an update, and apparently, they never booked my appointment and the owner told me that I caught him off guard by dropping the car off. Unbelievable. What a ridiculous operation and a complete waste of my time and energy. I'll take my business elsewhere.
