Jenny (the owner) is a paragon of patience and a true partner in problem-solving. Whether she’s sitting on the floor cuddling our 120 lb protection dog or actively listening and ensuring we feel heard whenever a booking issue arises, her genuine love for animals and this community shines through.
Amanda is hands-down the best groomer we have ever had. She builds incredible relationships with our dogs, flawlessly accommodates their aging needs, and has been amazing at safely habituating our new puppies to the grooming environment.
Sandy at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. She is incredibly friendly, and even our most skeptical, discerning puppy adored her instantly. Dogs know good people!
