This car wash has new owners and new workers, I have always had good service with this car wash in the past, however since they have changed hands I am disappointed. Apparently you only get the presoak if you tip, as I was waiting to enter the wash, I observed 3 cars in front of me, I noticed that 2 of the drivers gave the guys a tip and they received the presoak with the spray hose, but the one who did not tip, did not get the presoak, As I entered the wash I did not give a tip, the guy on the spray hose began to spray my car, but the other guy stopped him, I assume it was because I did not tip, as the car in front of me did not tip either and he also did not get the presoak. It clearly states on their website and on the menu that each wash gets a presoak regardless of the wash you select. This is not the end of the world for me, however it's the principle. This TIPING thing is out of control, now they want tips for basic service that is included.

Our truck craped out right after it started moving. There were at least 10 cars behind us. Tony came over and was able to get it going and was very nice about everything. He's a valuable employee!!! Thank you Tony!!

Terrible car wash. Went through the car wash heard a big bang got out my car and my bumper is damaged. Managers claims my bumper was already hanging which in the video footage clearly doesn’t show it was . He couldn’t provide a phone number . I drive my car everyday no issue . But today it’s damaged . Needs to be close down . How about the dent the that was never there . Your dryer did it

This place sucks they broke my back windshield piece which is a factory part which there sign clearly states and won’t pay for it. I am a dedicated customer to them and the guy name Dekota that works there is so rude and disrespectful when I asked for a manager he refused to give me one he wouldn’t give me a number or anything g but his tone was very rude and disrespectful I will not be renewing my monthly subscription with them. Great way to treat a loyal customer you just lost me

Best car wash I have found, worth the money for monthly plan. I take my car to get washed on Sunday 7 am because that's when I have time. Second time I have went between 7:30 and 8am and no one is there ,closed. I think I should be entitled to a partial refund if your closed during business hours.
