I have had a very good experience at the Sycamore post office associate Josie was amazing to me. I have a hand injury she was able to help me with the postage on my package. I would heavily recommend going to this Post Office.🎉😊

The driver is incompetent. Whenever I have certified mail she doesn’t ring the door bell she just lightly knocks on the storm and door and leaves. I’ve had a lot of missing mail and she’s always speeding down the st to the next mail box. She needs to slow down. This is ridiculous.

I don't know who is more incompetent, the driver or the staff inside. I haven't received mail since Christmas. My next door neighbor received his. I went up-to talk to a supervisor and the staff member who tried to address the issue ONLY made and excuse. God forbid they actually apologize and investigate. GOVERNMENT agencies care NOTHING about those they serve.

After many trips to this post office over the years, I just had the worst encounter with the lady behind the counter. Very rude. “I was just joking with you.” Well I didn’t find it funny (and it wasn’t a joke). Demeaning and unhelpful quips coupled with a “holy-than-thou” air does not make for a pleasant trip to the post office. I will be avoiding this place as much as possible so as to not encounter her again. What a shame.

This is the most pleasant post office experience I’ve ever had. Anyone giving this place less than 4 stars should take a trip to any Chicago post office and experience the customer service there. The employees here are pleasant and attentive. They’re friendly! A true diamond in the rough, this place.

I have had a car block my mailbox for three days and I did not get mail . The carriers can get out of their vehicles to walk across the street to deliver a package and cannot step two feet to put mail in a box. They could have thrown it on the ground. Why should I have to drive 25 minutes to get mail . When they can walk two seconds and put it in the box

My mail carriers are the best...take care of us like we are related....Bob and Stacy are aces and my daughter says the people inside are very nice and helpful
