Waited for about 30 mins in line at the drive thru. As soon as it was my turn they shut the blind immediately. It was 10 mins before the posted "meal break" when they closed it! It was late and my child needed the meds. This is the worst Walgreens drive thru. And the slowest.

So I was waiting in line through the drive through two people ahead of me got their medication. The second I pulled up to the window shade was drawn, supposedly for a break. But the two people of me got their medication, no problem. How is that even ok? I had been waiting for 15 minutes in my car at that point.

This is my third experience picking up scripts through their drive up, and in each experience they take 15 to 20 minutes to get through each car.
June 2024 - Promised a completion time, and 30 minutes later it wasn't done. After an additional 15 minutes they gave me the wrong script. When will the right one be ready? "*Maybe* tomorrow night". Their ineptitude is becoming their excellence.

I’m all for promoting and respecting workers’ rights, but not accepting people at exactly 6:45 when they’ve already been in line for 15+ minutes is ridiculous. Businesses can estimate how many people can be processed in a given time frame, they need to create a barrier to stop the drive thru line from continuing 10 minutes before they close the pharmacy for break.

I personally wouldn't even give them a one star at all. The pharmacy are the rudest people I've ever met in my life and you don't even have to be rude. You're only rude because you hate your Job I mean be honest you hate your job. Find another one. If it's that terrible I mean cuz you're all just nasty to people pretty sad

Just went through the Drive up, Ashland was amazing, I didn’t have insurance and would not have picked up the medications. She found me a Good RX coupon. Super nice young lady, professional, great customer service!

I wouldn't mind how rude the employee is if they had the prescription ready when they said it would be. I came un with my sick daughter and they asked me to wait a half hour to get it ready so I waited 1.5 hours and went through the drive through and it was still not ready and had to wait again. Once she gave me my daughters prescription she didn't ask if I had any questions and didn't say anything actually. So I said thank you have a nice day *sarcastically.

A great store offering a variety of health related products along with an excellent assortment of groceries, cards, gifts, beauty items, etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I appreciate the friendly employees who seem genuinely interested in being friendly & helpful. They sell some great items you generally won't find anywhere else especially in beauty/cosmetics

This is the worst pharmacy in the Walgreens system. I have given them three opportunities to prove me wrong. I am here again today to pick up a prescription that was dropped off the day before and was told it would be ready today. I show up only for them to tell me, and I have been given this story before, it was filled but it is on a truck somewhere and will be here sometime today. Then they tell me they can cancel that prescription and fill it here and will be ready in 15 minutes. Management needs to grab these people by the hair and lean in hard and teach them what customer service is. They are useless and this will be my last visit to this location ever.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I have severe asthma and have my prescriptions on auto refill. When I call to make sure my prescription is ready they say yes but it never is. No one knows what’s going on. It’s taken 3 days before for them to sort out my medication, they have no urgency at all. I will be switching pharmacies.

I just went through the drive-up to pick up a prescription. The woman working the drive- up was rude and short with me from the moment I pulled up. Then my prescription was out of the box completely and tossed into the drive-up container - no bag or anything. And no thank you or nothing. I recommend Walgreens work on teaching their pharmacy employees some proper customer service.

They carry a good selection of products from OTC medicine to food, makeup, etc. their prescription counter is always busy so you might wait in line awhile. They are helpful.
