“Jones has been in business for years for a reason, why pay for the parts and do it yourself when Jones can match the price and save you the headache of doing it yourself. Any time I need assistance this is the place to go! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one time I went they didn't put the screws back in my fender and I'm not sure why. Also gas is a little high but that's Illinois not Jones fault. Will continue to go here for years to come or until I leave Olive Branch.”

“I want to say how wonderful this group of people are. After years of never having issues with my car, I ended up stuck on the road late at night. Unfortunately my car completely turned off on me while I was driving as it was getting hot so I was not able to get it off the highway very good because it wouldn't start back up. Ford Brothers came out and towed me within minutes. Not to mention them getting the problem fixed by the next morning. I'm so very pleased and will never go to anybody else with any car problems.
