The sales man there I belive it was the the manager added all kind of stuff my plan I only have two phones added two more “ make my bill cheaper” no I’ve spend 400-300 a month past couple months and trying to tell me it will go down well it didn’t!!!!! Hopefully AT&T will reimbursed me for the lines that were used at all because I could barely afford that and it’s ridiculous that they do that to people and absolutely not fair at all !!! I really hope corporation looks into it because they are cheating people! Do not go here !

Lying salesman and added all kinds of add ons to my bill that i have payed for for a year without realizing scam artists. I guess this is what you get with commission based salary’s. Order online and avoid this store if possible. Check your bill if you’ve bought anything at this store make sure you aren’t paying for something you didn’t ask for!

I recently purchased a new se phone from the taylorville store and was told it would only raise my bill by four dollars from 83 dollars to around 87 plus I had to pay a reconnect fee even tho I have been a customer of AT&T for probably 15 years the new phone is no difference then my old 8 and my first bill was over 120 bucks and now my current bill is 116 a long way from 87 I have never been so miss lead or lied to in my life . As soon as I can get out of this contract and move to another cell service I will do so.Follow up to the above complaint I followed up on what they had asked and sent the information to the address they said and I just received another bill for 116 for my single line limited plan and no one has contacted me or tried to reconcile my issue and it’s been over a month worst customer service I have ever had from anyone

I recently purched a new Galaxy Fold 5 as a gift and was told that I could return it within 14 days. I contacted online support who told me that I could return it at the store. I went to the store, which is not close to my house, and they said they couldn't take it back, that I needed to call customer service. When I called customer service, I was bounced around their automated system for a good 20 minutes before being told they wouldn't help me unless I paid my past due balance that was due 4 days ago. I am beyond frustrated and feel that AT&T is forcing me to wait past the 14 days so that I get stuck with their stupidly expensive phone. That is unacceptable practice and when I called the store to ask for a supervisor's contact info, I was once again told there is nothing they can do. If you're looking for good customer service, don't go with AT&T!
