I had a issue with my phone while away from home. I stopped in the Taylorville store. The employees were great in figuring it out and solving the problem. The man Beau was the most helpful. He is was patient, troubled shooted every option until he solved my issue. He saved the day I appreciate him alot.

I eventually no problems with being having my phone through cricket and I live 30 mi from Springfield I guess if I did have any complaint is I need a new phone and even though I brought my own phone when I got my service 3 years ago I can't just go in there and get a phone and you have to pay for it

Made a switch with the wife for our new phones here. Better battery, better storage, all around a great phone. Decently priced too. Will be doing all my business there from now on
