I eventually no problems with being having my phone through cricket and I live 30 mi from Springfield I guess if I did have any complaint is I need a new phone and even though I brought my own phone when I got my service 3 years ago I can't just go in there and get a phone and you have to pay for it

Made a switch with the wife for our new phones here. Better battery, better storage, all around a great phone. Decently priced too. Will be doing all my business there from now on

Outstanding service and staff!! Sam and Kayla were so fun to talk to while my new phone was being set up and they answered any questions I had so politely, even if I felt a bit silly. The whole process took about an hour and I enjoyed every minute!
