If I could give this business a 0, I would. Absolutely do not recommend this "tax service" center to anyone. If you want to have confidence that your taxes are done correctly, or if you want to be able to call and speak to someone at any time during their business hours, do NOT come here. Over a time period of April-today (July 2), the man at the desk did not pick up a single phone call when I had a question. I called numerous times a day for numerous weeks. I thought maybe he was at lunch or was assisting others. However, I have learned that he does not answer phone calls of numbers he "does not know." To receive assistance or get any questions answered regarding my taxes, I had to go in person.
On top of poor consumer service, our accountant had no idea what she was doing and had to leave to ask someone else for help anytime we had a question during our initial appointment. It is now July 2, and the IRS says they still have not received our amended taxes, even though H&R Block says they have mailed them off. Very frustrating!
