The staff were friendly and the facility was nice.
This was odd though.
The interior of the building is a cell phone dead zone and I don't know why. It's like the building is made out of lead and kryptonite and 30 ft. Of solid granite under 70 ft. Of dirt. Five bars when you step outside. Zero bars inside. LOL wild.
The whole cell signal thing is more funny than anything. Lol

The store manager Katelyn, was amazing! We originally went in to get the 0% interest rate on a lawn mower, but that didn’t go as planned even thought Katelyn tried everything to make that happen for us, and thats ok. Katelyn did an excellent job with helping us purchase a go-kart for our daughter with an amazing deal! Thank you again Katelyn, you rock!

This is the best supply store from anywhere in the USA. Their customer support is one of a kind. They took the time out to send my French Bulldog the last of her favorite dog treats. The market team searched 8 different stores and sent my Sasha 🐾 the remaining treats in stock. Thank you Farm & Home Supply, you truly live up to your name. Love Sasha 🐾❤️

I purchased a large ticket item and it didnt end up workinh out for what i needed and the manager Katelyn took care of me no hestitation! The staff is always amazing and friendly and they always have what i need!!!

Had an issue with customer service. Posted a review here on maps and in less than a week. Caitlin got in touch with me. Apologized for the bad experience. She even thanked me for leaving the review because that's how she betters the staff and is able to teach them what needs to be improved upon. I wanted to say thanks to Farm and Home and Caitlin. It's rare to find a company that cares enough to reach out. They have regained my trust and earned my business.
