Not user friendly at all. Not small.business friendly either. If you are self employed this is definitely not the bank to use to get what you need. They will deposit your money all day everyday but have no clue how to help a self.employed person obtain any type of financing. Better off using a small, local bank and or credit union.

I always use the drive up, so the lobby being closed doesn’t bother me. I over heard friends who are very upset they can’t go in the lobby to do their banking. I get good service at the drive up and the tellers are always friendly and treat me with respect.

Not small buisness friendly. I've had personal and buisness accounts with this bank for over 13 years . We do close to a million in buisness yearly and I've never asked for a buisness loan. Recently I applied for a small buisness loan only to be rejected saying they don't loan to my line of work. So my line of work can deposit money but when I need a loan they won't loan my type of buisness any money. Definitely going to switch to a local credit union that appreciates small business.

Absolutely the worst customer service. My mom and I have had an account for 10 to 15 years. My cousin was in the bank trying to cash a check that I had wrote my name above my Mom's name. My Mom died in 2017 and I been writing checks to various services and have never had a problem But today they refused to cash the check. I was talking to the manager on the phone and she was rude to me and rolled her eyes while my cousin was standing in front. I will never bank here again. Apparently they have so much they can afford to lose customers.

Until today, I had a bank account with US Bank for about a decade. Previously, I hadn't had much issue with them aside from their predatory overdraft fees, which I was willing to overlook because of the awesome service the tellers provided. More recently, the bank hours have changed. You can no longer enter the lobby without an appointment (which, I understand with Covid, but I was told that it was a permanent change) and their drive-thru hours are spotty, at best.With the ease of access of online banks such as Chime and many others, the fact that US Bank continues to charge "maintenance" fees (maintenance for what, exactly?) and $36 overdraft fees on items that barely put you in the negative, is deplorable and predatory. Many other banks, online or in-building, no longer charge any fees whatsoever and also don't "hold" your funds sent by direct deposit or check.US Bank really needs to change the way they operate if they plan on staying in business in Taylorville. I know of several people who have had worse instances with them than I have, and have subsequently closed their accounts. Again, the tellers are great, I can't speak much for the bankers themselves as I don't know them, but a smile and positive attitude can only get a business so far when they are implementing such bad-for-business policies, fees, and hours changes.

Extremely pathetic that the bank lobby is closed,,,,, the us apps are not working,,,, calls don't go through,,, either busy tone.... Impossible to see if a deposit has been made or anything about our account....

Very disappointed the bank is not open on Saturdays. The drive up is open on Saturday, I was just there, long line of cars. I will try again during the week if I can find the time.
