The Effingham Estes terminal was supposed to deliver 3 pallets of flooring, they arrived with only 1 of the 3 pallets, but their system was showing that they were delivering 3 so I refused the order with the understanding from the driver and his supervisor that they would hold the one pallet while awaiting for the missing 2 to arrive and was given an exception number because of this. I Waited one week and had not heard anything from Estes in Effingham so I called trying to find out if they’d heard anything more about my order and determine a new delivery date only to be told that because I refused the order the Effingham Estes terminal sent it back and I would have to contact the company I purchased the flooring from to resolve the issue. I also tried to give the exception number that I was given but the receptionist wasn’t even willing to take the number to help try and resolve the issue.

Very Excellent! Tena Behrman at the local office and the driver went out of their way to make the logistics work. We live in a small neighborhood and they had to the downsize the truck for us. The driver really had to work hard to get the lawn mower out of the truck but he was happy to do it! Thank you all very much!

The worst freight company, period. Late shipping even though paid extra for guaranteed delivery. On top of this they sent a driver with very bad attitute, going through fresh poured concrete even though he was warned not to do that. I have a video record and i'll open a compliant through CFPB.

A real professional driver delivered my grill on a pallet from the trailer to my garage. He was prepared for anything. I live in a rural area in a small cul-de-sac. The driver drove out the cul-de-sac without missing a beat, very impressive to watch.

I had a difficult delivery situation. Long winding driveway, Heavy object to deliver. Driver made sure the item was delivered going out of his way to make sure everything worked out and it did! I am very happy with my delivery!
