Let me just say, the service here is amazing. Laurinia Hunter saw my daughter for what we thought could be an ear infection and turned out to be strep. Not only was Laurinia kind and friendly, she was thorough. She made my daughter so comfortable, asking about her summer, laughing with her and making sure I was also informed of everything. While she is not my child's primary doctor, it felt like she was and I couldn't be happier with her help and care. We got our prescription 10 mins later and were out the door. Thank you so much Laurinia! You are so wonderful!

My wait time was minimal. The team was very professional and courteous. They were able to administer treatment and answer any questions that I had.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK…. Nurse practitioner is awful and does not know how to diagnose and all they do here is tell people if it gets worse go to the emergency room. I clearly have a sinus infection and was told to take Tylenol. Way to take patients money who are sick! Also, my appointment was at 510pm and lasted 10 mins!!!

I use the CVS Minute Clinic as a last resort but I won’t be visiting this particular location again. Twice within a one year period I was dismissed by the NP. The first time, after a week of dealing with symptoms and not being able to see my primary care I made an appointment here. She barely did any type of exam. Basically said my symptoms were viral and that she could hear the congestion but there was nothing that could be done. Eventually I was diagnosed with a a sinus infection by my PC.
Then about 8 months later I made another appointment for similar symptoms. When I saw it was the same NP I knew I would have an issue. She took one look at my insurance card and said it wasn’t accepted. It was the same insurance from the previous visit. She said I would have to pay out of pocket. I later called and verified that she was incorrect and my insurance was in fact accepted.
And yes, the NP was the same one that several people seem to be having an issue with. I did go to this location once and had a great experience with another NP. I wish it would show online who the NP was when making an appointment. The location is so convenient for me but I will go out of my way to go somewhere else to not have to deal with that NP.

I think we may all be speaking of the name NP; took my daughter for ear infection, wouldn’t accept my digital insurance card. Mind you, if you press view/print card, it’s the same information that I showed. All she had to do was type in the ID #. Condescending. I think she was training someone and she was showing her the ropes. Then I’m stressing trying to get into the website but it was down. I couldn’t re-set my pw.etc. So stressed and I just needed her seen for her ear infection. I believe she derived pleasure watching me stress trying to acces the site to PRINT THE CARD. My other daughter has same insurance and I showed them the same digital insurance card. She said “other people print theirs”. My home and auto insurance are digital cards. Anyway heartbreaking and she was happy to deny us. Never go to third lake clinic .

I love the CVS Minute Clinic, easy to get in and make an appointment instead of going all the way to the Doctors office. My doctor is always full. When you need to get in right away this is the place to go.

Practitioner didn’t do a full exam, cut me off and refused to listen, insisted I was lying about a sinus infection and told me to “get a humidifier”. Getting a script from my GP
now, will not be going back to this location ever.

I've been here and to the one in third lake many times.
The Nurse Practitioner isn't worth waiting your time. Runs late. Didn't inform you of needed forms then wants you to schedule another visit.
I should have noticed the reviews lately.. down to 1.9 stars.
Said to say I'll never be back here. I don't trust them.

I was wary after reading all the negative reviews, but I had a great experience today. My toddler has been complaining about ear pain for about 24 hours so I made an appointment. I was able to get one at a perfect time and both employees were prompt, professional and kind. I felt like the NP was thorough, listened to me, asked lots of questions and recommended antibiotics based on what she saw. I was also impressed by how kind both NP’s were with my son-showing him the tools, letting him touch things so he wasn’t nervous and explaining things to him in a way he could understand.
It was much easier than trying to get into the pediatrician’s office last-minute and I’m happy with the care my son received. I would recommend it and will definitely go back if needed.
Both Sam and Laurinia were fantastic. I felt they both went above and beyond to make my son comfortable and I am really grateful for the care he recieved.

Absolutely atrocious and negative stars. Woman would not see me even though nobody was there. I left in tears from her rudeness. I left feeling worse than when I came - no faith in humanity

Not the first time I’ve had an awful, violating experience with one nurse in specific (you can probably tell who by the hundreds of other negative reviews about her), will not be back
