“Love Dollar Tree, always have great items for cheap. It would get 5 stars, but this store in particular never has enough cashiers and always has a huge line, no matter what time of day!”
“I have been to a ton of Dollar General stores all over the place and from the time you walk in and are greeted by the team until you leave, you are family. Everyone here is so happy and the store is very clean and neat. No product on the floors or and the aisles are easily accessible. This store has my title as THE BEST DOLLAR GENERAL in the state of Illinois by far.Great job everyone.”
“My son always told me, that, he wanna to go to Dollar tree every time and I was surprised that he like this store so much that we came to your store and also there were a lot of cheaper stuff we can buy and I notices it will be my favorite store I can visit to.”
“This is my favorite Dollar Tree to shop at. The workers are very helpful. Cashier Debra always has a cheerful attitude and is very knowledgeable of the products in the store. Even the men that stock the store are very helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and the Manages on all shifts are always helpful and available. I go there at least 3 times a week.”
“For Dollar General stores, this one is not too bad. It's in need of a good scrub and reorganization but that's pretty typical of most Dollar General stores. Toilet paper is usually in stock. The frozen food section has a nice variety. The staff are nice but they always seem overworked/understaffed.”
“Dana was the cashier she was helpful and polite! Thank you for extraordinary service. I have had my share of bad experiences in DG but tonight took the cake! She definitely deserves a raise and recognition for her service. Thank you for standing out for the company”
“This location is blessed to have Valentina. Her customer service skills are phenomenal and shes always very respectful and helpful.
Thanks for everything you do to make a visit to Rantoul Family Dollar pleasant.”
“This store is looking AMAZING! The staff has most definitely been working super hard to get everything organized and put away. It's pretty impressive. Good job guys!”
“I always go here and the store looks clean and organized. I miss the old days when the workers would greet you when you come in the store. The freezer selection is pretty good and I like getting all my snacks here.”
“Employees were great. Usually I don't give high rating to a dollar store. But when we had issue with a headphone we got from here they were more than willing to help us. I was also able to get some healthy snacks from here. Nice store”

“Nice clean store but when asked associate where they had any wreaths at she said no we don't carry them. Which I know isn't true. Found one, a nice little one, I was looking for a small interior door decoration to hang on outside of bedroom door.”
