I have lived here my whole life and never have had a problem untill the last 2 years it just keeps getting worse and worse...We never get our mail but constantly get our neighbors...Who knows where ours ends up?!...They have been returning our mail without us knowing back to the sender and our sender is charging us money for the return of it....There is no reason for it to be returned...Yes, we do have two different addresses right next to eachother(the last mail carrier wrote both addresses on the inside of our mailbox to remember) but now for some reason they don't seem to comprehend that after years...small town not that hard you would think... You should know the people you deliver to on a daily basis...I do and I deliver to alot bigger area...I take pride in my work and would go beyond the call of duty to service them...

Not happy with the service I receive on Alleghany Road. My carrier has lost multiple bills making them late, I had to open a new checking account because she delivered my checks to the wrong address, I get someone else's mail frequently, and lost a phone cover that I had ordered online.
