Executive Inn is a budget-friendly hotel noted for its good value and quiet highway location, conveniently situated between Clinton and Savanna and near a federal prison. The owners and managers are consistently described as very friendly, respectful, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating, often going out of their way to assist guests. The rooms are generally viewed as extremely spacious, clean, and big, with no reports of bugs. Amenities can vary but may include refrigerators, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Many find the bed super comfy. The hotel is pet-friendly and open 24 hours for incoming guests. A notable feature is its proximity to a train line, which might disturb light sleepers but others find not too loud. While one front desk interaction was less positive, most experiences highlight patient and excellent service. Some minor issues with room supplies or Wi-Fi are reported but are often fixed quickly. Overall, it is frequently recommended as a clean, quiet, and cheap alternative for travelers, with many guests planning to return.
Small town stop for a economic stay and a clean room. The manager is friendly, and the rooms are clean. That mattress was a bit saggy but I'll take it for the cleanliness. Will be back next time I'm in town.

Management is wonderful and cares about their guests. Some old fixtures in rooms but thats just your average hotel stuff. No complaints. Amazing view of French bluffs in the sunrise.

The rooms are okay. Clean and comfortable bed. But there appears to be several permanent residents living at the hotel, including a large family with screaming kids hanging out the window. A little sketchy. But it sufficiently provided what we needed - a bed and shower, and plenty of boat parking for fishermen.
