Scammers...They knew an 18 wheeler was not allow in the FL. community
They picked up my things in a U Haul box truck. Without my permission they switched my stuff to18 wheeler. Upon arrival in FL. They called and asked me if an 18 wheeler was allow. I screamed NO
WELL THEN IF I WANT MY STUFF, THEY HAVE TO RENT A BOX TRUCK. TRANSFER TO THAT AND BRING MY STUFF TO ME. HOWEVER THAT SHUTTLE TRIP COST ME OVER $300.00 MORE. THEY ALREADY GET A $675.00 MONEY ORDER UPON DELIVERY OR THEY DON'T UNLOAD THE TRUCK. I AM NOT SUING.......I AM GOING AFTER THEIR LICENSE. I AM ALSO GOING AFTER AMERISAFE MOVING SERVICES. NOT FOR MONEY, THEIR LICENCE. READ THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS MOVING COMPANY. SO MANY PEOPLE ANGRY. BYE BYE STANFORD AND AMERISAFE!

Refused to back into my driveway and blackmailed me into delivering my furniture after waiting almost two weeks. Then refused to give me a receipt for the extortion money. Lots of missing boxes and damage to my things. My shipment originated with Coastal Movers LLC who also tried to extort extra money on pickup...I guess when they couldn't get it, they passed me along to another mover. I guess I'll be joining the class action suit...Maybe if some of them spoke English, or could provide a valid phone number. I just don't speak Russian or Ukrainian.

This moving company is the absolute worst. We have had the worst possible experience. They over charge. Refused to bring our stuff because a semi truck won’t fit in our driveway. Told us that we will have to drive 37 miles to a truck stop to get our stuff, as well as rent a U-Haul. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! STAY AWAY!!!

My overall experience hasn’t been good with these guys. They were very sweet and professional before getting the work but after that it was not the same experience.Currently, I’m going through a process to file claims for the damage done during the move and let me tell that it’s been the most cumbersome experience. I have never faced this much difficulty in filing claims for any of my previous moves. They don’t pick up calls even after reaching out to them multiple times, their claims department give some random email replies and when I request to receive a call back from the sales representatives (Max and Vlad) whom I worked with initially then I didn’t receive any call back.

I did a move from alabama to georgia, they picked up and delivered my stuff the same day, super nice and attentive definitely recommend! Worth every penny!

I am writing this because I truly believe that Stanford Van Lines are the best most professional movers I’ve ever dealt with. they are awesome, friendly, professional and really great packers and movers out there.I am 78 years young, and I’ve moved from California to Georgia, to Texas, back to Georgia, now from Chicago to Ohio and this has been the most carefully packed, friendly and professional worry free move I’ve ever had. Nothing broken or torn, nor damage which is awesome. All I can say is that if you’re in need of a great moving company, Stanford Van Lines is the one to choose hands down.Thank You , Max and Vlad

It was great working with Max. He gave me a quote for my move and I ended up going a different direction. However, he was very upfront and honest about the entire process and I had no issues receiving the deposit when I requested a refund.

Mark and Nick were excellent they picked my stuff up in Savannah and brought it to Tennessee and set everything up no damage. It was about 5 ° and these gentlemen worked quick and politely.
