sir you are calling your customers liers. Stop making excuses and admit your company lies to customers about prices, i was about to use your service and now that i talked to ryan and confirm that you guys charge different price than what you post on ebay, i think im going with different company.

They claim they did work on my computer, Still the same problem. Then, when I called, they didn’t seem to care who I was or when they did work on what, she just dismissed me by telling me to send it back to them. Which I will not do I paid $200. I have to fix something in my computer for my car and it’s not fixed. I believe they lied

Bait and switch, told me a price to fix my computer then called 3 weeks later with a different price almost triple what I was told initially.

Don’t do it, they are scammers and didn’t even refund partial refund, I get they charge testing fee, but they never refunded the rest.

Definitely, very pleased with the work they did. It did definitely take too long they said 7 to ten days of rehearement took a month and a 1/2 to get it back, but very pleased with the work. Thank you very much appreciate it they said it would be over two hundred dollars because my truck's f three fifty diesel, but it was a hundred and seventy five bucks plus seventy bucks to mail it, which overall is fantastic i had a call quite a few times overall. Great thank you much👍🏻

This place is very unprofessional they lied about there services, I was told once they received my ecm I would have a 10 day turn around from time of receiving I allowed the 10 days to expire and called in for a follow up was told they where in middle of repairing it should get a call back never did called back again left several voicemails and nothing called back again finally answered my call and was then told it’s not been looked at and they will look into ford ecm stuff this week was never told they work on different products per week so if you care to do business with this place call ahead and ask what week of products are they working on that week or you’ll be wasting your time sending your part in early because according to them it’s going to sit on a shelf doing nothing for almost a month like mine I had it shipped back and still after all that hassle and lies I paid $165 to have it shipped back plus to ship it to them for only $32 so they upcharge shipping as well. I’ll never do business with these people again… they use to be a great company and something is very wrong there I’m a mechanic for over 20 years and have taken all my ecm abs modules to them but maybe management changed for the worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile.

Absolutely Amazing. Sent the ECU from Canada May 19 and just received it back June 24. Was a common issue with Toyota ECUs that caused the transmission to downshift hard, SIA knew the exact issue and repaired it. Car is driving like new now thanks to SIA.

I agree, I am not sure where the bad reviews are from but these guys fixed my alternator relay on my ecm for my 2010 dodge ram 1500. Yes it took almost 3 weeks to get it back but it works perfectly. Thanks Sia ?

Outstanding work and customer service!! Very pleased with them and JEN! They repaired an ICM and an IDM for me. I'm a very happy customer and will use them again for sure thanks very very much JEN! You rock!

I am beginning to believe I have been scammed by SIA. I sent my ECU in months ago for a repair. I sent it to them in March. It is now Mid June, and I have been told 3 times that "a tech will be working on it this week and we will send it out" as well as "Let me check on that and give you a call back" 4 times. At this point, if they are not capable of repairing this, I could have learned to do it myself. Which I see, I simply should have done. Rather than trusting SIA with it. I am currently on the phone and have been transferred Twice already just trying to get an update while writing this.

SIA Electronics finally got my ECU working correctly on my 2011 Nissan Titan but the only downside is that it took 14 days to get my ECU back the first time, and unfortunately it was returned to me it worse condition than what I sent. I was able to send it back, but it again went back into rotation and took another 14 days to get it back. I also had to pay for shipping again. I’m happy to finally have my truck back though.
