My elderly parents, 82 and 92 years old went to this Verizon store in Tipton . They had just bought a Verizon phone at Walmart .They needed help with the new phone. The lady there working said she could not help them because they hadn't bought the phone there. Told them to go back to Walmart and have them help. We went to the Verizon store in Danville and they were happy to help because they are Verizon customers. Why was this woman in Tipton so rude to them?

Went to change company from Boost to Verizon.There 5 different days. Not good service after taking my money no working service but VerizonCompany sending me a phone and I got sim card so company headquarters going to fix this mess.

Went in to get a new SIM card, manager of the store calls tech support, keeps turning the phone back on before they tell her too because they’re “taking too long” then getting annoyed it isn’t working. She’s super rude to the tech support guy and when she finally waits for him to tell her to turn it on the phone works. 10-15 minute process took way longer because she didn’t wanna listen to the tech support that does this all the time

Well had to pay our phone bill. Mary and I have and I tried to pay over phone and couldn't so it was late charged me late plus because it didn't go onesauto pay charged more too . is I have so many points I can get free phone or phone's and this place doesn't do that either.

The biggest ripoff in town! Nothing but lies come out of all employees and managers mouths including all the hidden fees! I will never advise or go back to this place again! I love Verizon but these people are so unprofessional and lie to your face!

A poorly trained staff, that pretty much can't do anything pertaining to Verizon except take your money and activate a phone. Do not go here if you have any account questions or issues. Their excuse is that they are only 50/50 Verizon and won't be able to help you.

We bought a new phone from this outfit and they mistakenly added the insurance to it. I called them back to tell them we didn't want it and after being on hold for 30 minutes they said there was nothing they could do to help me and I would have to deal with Verizon. I told them I was glad this happened today because we were going to buy two new phones this week but if they can't even help me with a problem they caused then I would be buying them elsewhere. I suggest that before doing any business with them try other options. It is frankly inconceivable to me that although they caused the problem they wouldn't even try to help. I called Verizon and they handled it professionally and removed the unwanted insurance in less than 5 minutes. Verizon Good, Russell Cellular Bad
