Had a duplicate car key made here. Everything was fine until I realized my other key did not work. It turns out there had been an error in programming with the new key. We were charged 30 DOLLARS to get the old key working again. I don’t recommend charging your customers due to your own errors…

Took my Timex Ironman infor new batery. Took forever and tech seemed frustrated and uncertain what to do. When I got home, there was mositure onisde the glass which fogged the screen, and the alarm sound no longer worked. Online, I saw to remove the back of the watch and try a couple of fixes. I went to remove the back, but all four screws were gone! Apparently he'd just glued the back on after replacing battery. Now I need to buy a new watch. A waste of time and money.

I’ve looked all over for batteries for my Tesla key fob. And forgetting about Batteries Plus when all else fails. Batteries Plus always seems to come through. It’s a shame I know about this place, should’ve came here first.

Poor service. I paid to have a key fob programmed. Then I sat and waited for them to help an entire line of customers before they helped me. The first time the tech informed me that I was done he had not cut the key on my fob. The second time he informed me that I was done he hadn’t even tried the fob to ascertain that it was programmed. I was there for almost two hours today.

The staff at the Tinley Park location are tops! They were friendly and helpful. My vehicle died without warning after work on a Monday winter night. They got me started so I could get home. I couldn't get a battery until Friday so the service technician told me about an online special and said I could come back for another jump if I needed it. I came in after work the next night, saw different people who assured me they would always make sure I got home.After I ordered my battery early Friday morning a gentleman reached out to me via phone to confirm the details and service I wanted. When I arrived on location, the associate and technician were friendly and helpful. The installation was done quickly but with care and the technician made sure the vehicle started and everything was to my satisfaction before parting ways. The price was right as well!

Brought 5 watches in for a battery replacement, went into the store thinking I would have to come back another day, but in 15 minutes or less I walked out with 5 ticking watches with the date and time set. Amazing service, would recommend to anyone who requires a battery change.

Woke up Christmas Eve to a dead, worn out battery. Went to several automotive parts locations only to be turned away due to "cold weather". I called Batteries Plus and not only did they have the battery in stock, they also installed it! Jennifer and the crew was very helpful, and made sure I was taken care of in this extreme weather. A-1 Service!!!

Staff at the Tinley Batteries Plus were excellent. The website was not so good and had many issues. But the Tinley staff, especially Steve, were excellent at correcting online deficiencies.

I went in for FOB battery replacement, the young man at the counter recommend that I purchase the lifetime replacement. I agreedThis morning I visited the Oak lawn,IL location to replace the battery and of course I'm not in the system as lifetime replacement member...eye rollLesson learned, get everything in writing!

Steven Kuta was deceitful in his promise to get our 2013 Cruiser a new key. After finding out the key did not work, we asked for the original key back. Steven was aggressive and unprofessional as he stated he would not give back the key. He then demanded to get $30 in order to get the key back. When I tried to further explain how we did not receive the services tendered and should receive our key back so we can take our business elsewhere, he became physically aggressive and pushed me twice stating he would not give the key back until he received $30. I have never been disrespected by any company and I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will be working with management to get a refund.
