This location is a good one. They had what I needed, and the staff were really eager to help when I had questions. Ended up finding a product for over 50% off of the list price.

Staff sold me a Roko TV remote to work as a replacement for the one that I left in my other semi truck, only it's not a remote at all.

I visited the Tinley Park Best Buy for an exchange and had a positive experience. The store was clean, organized, and I was warmly greeted by several associates. Ivan stood out with his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Horrible over the phone service I inquired about a Frigidaire over the range microwave and the lady that answered the call couldn't even spell Frigidaire and furthermore she said she have not heard of it..HOW come when it's a major appliance then I call back some guy says it's not even the store that I'm speaking with...will never or advise ANYONE to shop or call to inquire about anything... HORRIBLE phone etiquette...Best buy has lost my business

Always get my TV's here. Can't beat the service, price and Geek Squad options. The store is neat and well laid out.
