Terrible service. I told the nail tech beforehand that I only wanted regular polish, but she went ahead and did gel anyway, without me realizing. When I was charged for gel, I was shocked and she said it was because everyone gets gel on their acrylics, even though I previously stated I wanted regular. Even then, I still gave her a tip. But then, what I’m assuming was the owner came out and started mocking me, saying things like, “We can’t read minds”, and making faces at me. Completely unprofessional. Based off the other reviews, I am very disappointed on my experience.
