Very rude office staff. They don’t even try to be nice and get upset if you don’t have every single piece of information they’re asking for. After being evaluated by the dr she walked out and never came back in only for the nurse to go ahead and say I’m free to go. No solutions after they saw how distressed I was in the evaluation room. Disappointing experience.

Not only was it the rudest nurse that screened me before the doctor came in, but the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Then they billed incorrectly and refused to correct it.

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy in August of 2022. They can't bill the insurance company correctly. They have a 3rd party anastesiologist. My insurance paid the bill and told me I didn't owe anything. I met my out of pocket. Duly was supposed to pay the anastesiologist but I guess they didn't. I am still dealing with these issues among others with Duly. If at all possible don't get a procedure done with them.

Dr. Pamela Solowski was the absolute best!! Highly recommend her!! She is very caring, knowledgeable, and personable!! My daughter loved her!! She came into the room within 10 mins after her nurses left and she listened to all of our concerns. She did a complete check on my daughter and we received results within 2 hours after leaving. Her nurse, Cherry, and the front receptionist in the main lobby with short hair and glasses were also very kind!!(Patient: Amelia Abukhaled)

Very disappointed with my care today. Tested positive for covid. Was totally blown off by my primary doctor who told me I can google a place to go. I took it upon myself to go to duly usually they are quick to get you in....physically unable to to breathe the doctor says since my oxygen blood level was ok, lungs sounded clear and no fever I've passed the threshold of receiving whatever they give if you test positive and come in early. She said there was nothing else she could do. I should monitor my oxygen levels at home increases my fluidsand if my symptoms change to go to the er. I had to ask for an xray....I knew something was wrong she took a while to come back. How do you go from go home and drink more fluids to pneumonia in both lungs, a prescription for antibiotics, cough medicine and an inhaler!!!..both my primary and the doctor I saw today are women of color....guess that means nothing...I wish Black women were treated better

I have no problem with the Doctor I see there. However, they should REALLY consider getting someone competent to answer the phone and make appointments. Really, the lady not only has one of the worse accents, but she also can't understand that well. I am new and already frustrated with trying to contact / get information to or from a doctor! Especially when I am told to simply call back! I've worked in an business/office setting all my life and being polite is only a part of good customer service. Please, get someone to answer the phone that pays attention and understands!

If you like being treated like dirt when your feeling your lowest this is the place for you. Very specific staff was incredible unprofessional rude and I can tell by their attitude they are 100% aware of it.

They have dropped a notch....reason is they don't answer their phones and don't return calls. My wife was due for surgery from a non Duly doctor and she needed a medical clearance. I plus doctor called at least 5 times and left messages...no phone call...nothing. So once again DULY thanks for nothing,

Took a friend there on Sat 7/9/22, very concerned infection starting that morning in a right toe and would be worse due to his medical conditions.Friend Called them, because website hours showed closed, call was transfered to the nurse. She was terrific. After listening to what happened with his toe, and his medical issues, she made an appointment to make sure he got in that day.Everyone kind and attentive from front desk, to nurse, to doctor. All excellent. He was diagnosed with cellulitis, prescribed cephalexin 4x/day and strongly advised to follow up in 2 days. That was also crucial to resolving the infection. We are very grateful to Duly and everyone at this site. We also didn't have long waits, maybe 10 to 15 or 20 minutes to be taken into a room and then to be seen by the doctor - very short waits considering how busy they are in urgent cares. Both very pleased with that.Except that website hours showed closed for that day, the whole experience was5 STAR and "saved the day" for my friend.

Walked in with severe knee pain, clerk behind counter told me they were booked and nurse called in, said I could wait and they would try to fit me in, I ask what like 1 or 2 hours she said I don't know, I said you want me to sit here till 5 or 6 o'clock and maybe you might fit me maybe not. She said I don't know, I walked in at 8am when they opened.

Cant believe that this is the second time this week I’m writing a negative review about Duly. After being turned away from my primary doctor, I tried to go to the immediate care center at 6pm when it closes at 8. (Website says 10pm though!) 2 patients waiting in the waiting room, and the door said “Walk-ins available”. Yet I was turned away with chest pain and coughing and was told that I needed an appointment. An appointment shouldn’t be necessary for an immediate care center-it’s literally in the name! Immediate care should be immediate-not in the next 48 hours. And Duly only cares about someone leaving a negative review rather than the health of the patient. I’d like to know why the social media team reached out to me immediately and my doctor couldn’t respond for a few days. Do better!

So my doctor sent me here to get some x-rays. I figured I would be here for a few hours. I walked in and told them my name. The girl came and got me and went right to work. Taylor is the nurse who took care of me and took my pictures. She was awesome. a great sense of humor explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. This was the shortest visit ever. I would recommend this place.

I went to the immediate care yesterday in Tinley Park and I had an overall positive experience. Everyone was very nice except for the one nurse who initially tried to take my blood pressure. She put the cuff almost in my armpit and I told her it hurt and she ignored me and turned the machine on and it got more and more painful. I must’ve told her two or three times that please take it off and she said I’ll give it another minute give it another minute and I had to remove the cuff myself. She just walked out of the room and a paramedic was very nice took my blood pressure without any pain
