Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Made a deal based on certain contingencies, then after we wired them thousands of dollars they reneged on all of them. Started with Jose, who made lots of false promises, as our salesperson then got bounced around from person to person with no one accepting any responsibility for things one salesperson told us we never should have even been told or promised. Af ter the nightmare of dealing with documents that made no sense for our deal and no one could explain (turns out we didn’t even need to fill half of it out and they just didn’t know how to send paperwork), they finally shipped us the car. We knew it was a used car but did multiple video inspections, had detailed conversations about any concerns, and were assured all was well. Car arrived with multiple rust marks that were conveniently left out of videos and conversations, garbage in the center console, tires that we’ll be lucky if they have enough tread for this winter, was advertised to come with weather tech mats but was missing the drivers side (which again, was conveniently left out of videos and conversations), and to top it off the car was delivered so dead empty that we just barely made it to the gas station half a mile away. If I had known how horrible they were going to be to deal with, I would have spent more money on a car elsewhere. 100% would NOT recommend this dealership.

This review is for my main man Omar Martinez. After leaving a previous dealership very unhappy because they couldn’t satisfy my vehicle and note need, I walked literally down the street to Family Hyundai and the first salesman I ran into was Omar and he was extremely cool, professional, honest and I was honest with him and without a worry, he told me, don’t worry man, you will drive out of here in something that you are satisfied with, I test drove 2 vehicles and the second one was the one…. I love my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I would definitely go back. Omar is excellent at what he does…. Very Transparent and is a man of his word…. Thank you Omar Martinez. I love my Hyundai ???

George (salesman) was great! He was patient as I was indecisive about choosing a vehicle and which features I needed. He showed me different options, priced them all out, and gave me the time I needed.I've felt pressured into decisions in the past at different dealerships so I appreciated the friendliness and calmness at Family Hyundai.And I love my new Tucson!!

This is how it looks like after dealer service, coolant on low level, completely out of washer fluid and all around engine is oil spills, i also was charged 197$ plus taxes for servicins my 2022 Palisade purchased with them. Seems like they only sell vehicles not providing service for free.

Great experience at Family. Thank you Service manager Bryan. I had an appt, was waiting for my car. Important to get out asap. Scheduled work was completed along with a recall I didn't know about, all within 2 hours.

Ricky and Sonata were the best! My credit wasn’t the best but they worked with me.They even were very accommodating to my special needs son whose condition prevents him from sitting for long time period. They supported me throughout the whole process and before I knew it, I leaving out with a brand new car!

My son has had nothing but problems with this dealership and their service department. He bought a used car with a warranty and all they have done is jerk him around. I don't recommend this dealership at all. Totally our fault for trusting this business to do what they say they are going to do. No return phone calls, let the car sit for days before looking at it, etc. I have had great experiences with other dealerships on 159th in Orland. This one is the worst. Think twice before buying a vehicle there whether new or used.

They will only get two starts because the rest of the staff was great. Now to the issue.... A man comes out the back saying "where's the keys to this at?" With a slight aggravated tone... The very polite young man at the desk said "he took his keys" the man from the back then throws the paper at him and says "why tf is the ticket still open? I been looking for a car that's not even fING here" he walks to the back still cursing and yelling not even allowing the young man to explain. Absolutely unacceptable on all levels. There are 5 customers waiting (and witnessing) and 1 standing right in front of the young man. One thing I can't stand is to see someone disrespected. That was ridiculous and uncalled for. He's now in the garage area still cursing. Unbelievable we will not be returning. His name is Eric

I just bought an Elantra from this dealer and the process was as smooth as possible! Our rep Omar Martinez was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and provided excellent service with a smile. He even came on his day off to help with the car buying process. We are incredibly thankful to Family Hyundai and Omar for helping me purchase my first new vehicle. Five stars!

Family Hyundai is a breath of fresh air with what seem like every other Hyundai dealer trying hard to overcharge or do what borders on Fraud.We were shopping for a semi hard to get Hyundai. They are around but the dealers close to us seem to be together in ADM or Added Dealer Markup by adding fake packages that they require you purchase since they say they already did them to the car. (I doubt it!) Think.. Paint or Wheel protection, or sticking you with a high interest rate, and on and on. One dealer we made an appointment to test drive did not even have the car. They made us drive an hour to try and sell us a different one.Family Hyundai did not play any of these silly games with us and the deal was a pleasure and easy. We did the deal on the web and phone and drove away with a new car the next day.Family Hyundai will be selling us cars down the line as well. We truly appreciate the straight forward way the sale was done. Bravo for doing the right thing!

Nothing against my sales guy or Family Hyundai. Just wanted to vent about their Military $500 incentive. I provided a DD214 as ask and it was dark, so rejected. I provided a second more clear copy once I received it from national archives. I just found out it was not within time frame to receive rebate. This time frame was never explained or even brought up when I inquired about it. If I would have known about the time frame I would have expedited the process with government to receive sooner. It makes me wonder what's in the fine print regarding all their other incentives, such as warranties.

This is the second car I purchased at Family Hyundai and I highly recommend this car dealership. They are straight forward, and find you the best deal possible. Christine listened to everything I asked for and came through. I highly recommend Family Hyundai for anyone looking to purchase their next car!

Salesperson Christine Dewitt was awesome. With some very lucky circumstances and her best effort she was able to put me into my top pick of vehicles. I appreciate all the time she put into finding me the perfect car and teaching me how to use it. I never felt pressured by any employee. I left feeling like I had a very good experience doing something most people dread having to do, buying a car.

Very Good Experience - Two weeks ago my wife and I visited Family Hyundai looking to purchase a used 2017 Kia Optima. We were assisted by Jaime Mendoza on the sales side and he was great. Jaime was very knowledgeable and very personable. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. We would definitely encourage having him as your sales rep if you visit. Overall the dealership was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. We purchased the vehicle with no issues or complaints.
