I stopped by FedEx Print & Ship to print something for football that needed specific sizing, and I was having trouble doing it on my own. Ruth was incredibly helpful—she had a bubbly personality and went out of her way to assist me. She was also friendly with every customer who walked in and truly went above and beyond. Ruth made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and she deserves to be recognized for her excellent service!

I had the greatest experience at FedEx office in Tinley park. I spoke to Arianna in the morning and there were some complications with my product but she was so responsive in letting me know where she was at in the process. I then spoke to Store manager Donna and she was also very responsive to my questions and they provided me with a beautiful finished product. I am very pleased with my laminated seating chart for my wedding and I will definitely come back there again. 10/10 experience.

This place is terrific. I meant to post this review a while ago but (shame on me) I forgot. What jarred my memory was the absolute horrible service I received doing an Amazon return somewhere else.
Donna and her staff were amazing. I was sending some very expensive and very fragile Waterford martini glasses that belonged to my father to my sister in Houston. The care and attention that they paid to these important items was very apparent and appreciated. And I also felt it was a reasonable price. And all done with a smile. I highly recommend them

There was only one clerk in the store and she stayed on the phone with someone for 10 minutes while in person customers waited in line. Who does that??!! Unbelievable.

I wish I could say I had a better experience. I brought in a very high value item for a pack and ship guarantee, and the lady wanted to ship it in a padded envelope. I almost fell over. Once I re-explained what I wanted, she says she couldn’t be of service and I had to drive another 5 miles.
