Thank you, Donna and Alicia for your help and patience. I needed to print obituary programs for my mother's funeral that I created on Canva. I was having issues getting it to work correctly and they were very kind on a day that nothing seemed to go right. Despite how very busy they were, they helped me setup the print job so that I may pick it up later. When I returned, Alicia was just as kind, made sure I didn't need anything else. I would absolutely recommend.

Horrible workers! Didn’t adhere my label paid $27 for shipping, my package was lost & sent to the wrong business. I was lied to and told FedEx would pickup the package and put a label on it for the correct destination. Days later it wasn’t picked up, I had to retrieve the package and wait in line from another FedEx location. I resent the package which arrived late to the destination-FedEx lied multiple times and said I would get credit for the shipping due to the mess- they closed the case and told me they would not credit me.

This is my go to spot from now on. Best printing customer service I’ve ever had. Period.Donna and Tamiaya took great care of me. They took time to understand my printing needs, made suggestions, and helped me figure out the best option. Total consultants.To top it off, I came in relatively close to closing time. Often times in that case, employees at other business make you feel like you personally inconvenienced them. Donna and Tamiaya maintained friendly service and never tried to rush me out the door.Feels good to know I have a print/ship business nearby I can count on.

This Fedex is great and the manager, Donna, is even better! She went above and beyond to help me with a specific print order I had. I will definitely be returning for other printing and shipping services.

This is the worst FedEx I’ve ever been to. The representative didn’t speak, she just looked at me until I spoke. Instead of helping or at least saying I’ll be with you, she continued working on other things.

This store doesn't have friendly staff. They so indicate a 2nd delivery attempt will be made to sign for package and they lied. I have video surveillance of first attempt and no 2nd attempt was ever made, after I rearranged my work schedule to work from home. I had to drive in to get my package and was treated rudely by the agent behind the counter. I shared concern with Manager and shared that I was recording the interaction. She didn't look concerned. Unfortunately we ate stuck with this office and it's staff. FedEx is going further downhill.
