Had a 7:00 am Appointment Was told to check back in at 8 AM Put me to a door is now going on 10 AM And still do not have paperwork only 19 pallet in trailer

The sighnage was non existent. After going to the wrong door the neighbors directed me to the correct spot that was locked. Had to call a number that didn't answer lucky they did call me back quickly. Polite they directed me to a dock got my paperwork and unloaded me quickly. Most of this location has lots of space to navigate but this shop is on the corner and it's difficult to get in. The neighboring truck was acomidateing and made more space for me. So good cowaporatin but sighnage would definitely improve the situation for a smoother proses.
