Hit and miss. Customer service is good, but sometimes I have to check to make sure they put new/enough oil in my car or if I get new tires to make sure the lug nuts are on correctly.

I was there last week inquiring about my tire pressure light, usually when I’ve visited in the past the staff was very helpful. This last time a much older mean guy acted like he didn’t want to help me which is rude and was ready to leave. Makes you wonder did the election results make certain people change?? It’s your job to assist customers dummy!! Keep it in mind - should take customer service refresher courses!!#Customersarestillfirst

Terrible - they never emailed my oil change receipt and when I tried calling them later in the day, they put me on hold for 10 minutes (twice) and never answered my call

They did an excellent job with my repairs. They finished the job quickly, efficiently, and without any further charges or issues. They also honored a $100 discount a couple days after because it was on the quote I was given and the price was the exact quote I was given. I would have given then tens across the board, but the cost was a little high.

Tim the manager not only checked me in at 7am while I waited, but because he didn't have more help until 9am he went out and installed my new tires for me. Tim is a stand up guy. He helped me a few months back with recommending new tires for my SRX. Shout out to Tim, thanks my man!
