On hold forever. In spite of graph showing at this time calls are half as busy as usual. I'll be moving my money soon.I attempted to move money from my account.The bank won't allow it for 9 days. SERIOUSLY?!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Old National merged with First Midwest. You would think they would have been prepared better. I waited on the phone for 4 hours only to be disconnected. I was locked out of my accounts after 3 on-line tries. I cannot change any of my bill accounts to add the new routing number until I am able to get on-line. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible.

I don't recomend this Bank if you don't want to have problems change your money they are to many good choices.this bank is not honest the people who work there are liers and unresperful especially Ana Rocha the "vice-president" of this bank she is a very cheap person she laugh about me.she's so cheap, she has profeconal education but she doesn't have personal education! she very unresperful...believe me dont trust in this bank!!

I don’t bank here, I just needed to make a deposit to somebody who does— and I have never been treated with so much disrespect by a bank teller. She gave me all the right reasons to never bank with them.

I have always been treated professionally here. My only concern is that I've seen one of the tellers act exasperated toward the group home that banks here regularly. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, even if they move a little slower due to special needs.
