I have some accounts here and their banking services are decent. However, every time I come in the loud blaring rock music is very unprofessional and a turn off for a bank. Perhaps play some music a little more soothing and agreeable for your total customer base?

This location on oak park avenue is a complete joke. Every single time I go in to do a transaction at the teller, it takes 30 plus minutes to even get up to the teller. Ridiculous.

Worst bank ever. Never had a problem with First Midwest Bank in 20+ years. Old National doesn’t even answer the phone.

Been trying to reach for 8 business days as my ex-husband (a client) died. On hold for hours, left voice mails, emails no one calls me back. I live 5 hrs away so can’t stop by. OLD NATIONAL BANK HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORSE BANK EVER!! SO SAD THAT FIRST MIDWEST BANK WAS ACQUIRED BY THEM. LOVED FIRST MIDWEST BANK. DO NOT USE OLD NATIONAL BANK!!!

I used to love First Midwest Bank. I was with them since they took over the previous bank. Since the Merger with Old National, it's horrible! First off, during a merger, perhaps it'd make commonsense to have additional employees. I'd been to every branch over the last few months trying to open a new acct. I already have several. Every Branch sucked with crabby people. 1 teller. I banker. Long lines. I figured I'd go to this Branch yesterday. Once again, only 1 teller. 8 people in front of me. Waited forever to just make a deposit. The good news, this teller was pleasant. I had also signed in to see a banker to open a new acct. I sat there & the woman in front of me said she'd been waiting over an hour. And like me, she's been trying to see a banker for months! The ONE banker finally finished with a customer. Then we sat & waited about another 15 mins, as that banker talked on the phone. Another banker came in & I told the woman at least there's 2 now. That one sat fumbling around. Drinking her drink. So now 2 bankers & nether of us being helped. The other woman told me she had accts at Bank of America & was going to switch everything over to them due to the issues at Old National. I took her advice, left after wasting a lot of time here. Went to Bank of America. Was greeted by 2 friendly people as soon as I walked into the bank!! I almost fell over. I waited about 5 mins b4 seeing a banker as I spoke to pleasant employee/greeter. What a d difference!! I too will be pulling out of Old National!!Old National...your starting off on a very bad foot. A lot of first Midwest employees quit. When I was at BOA they told me they've had so many Old National customers coming in to switch over & said they can't believe the stories their hearing about Old National. Very disappointed.

Since the merger, the service has been horrendous. Closing all of my accounts and switched banks. First Midwest always had good service and rarely had long waits. Not the same with Old National.

I love banking here I will only deal with Lisa Karl , she is the best. I have been banking here for several years and she takes care of me and my family with their financial needs. The one thing I wish would be better is the on line banking. It says it is real time but I never really know what is in my account, unless I do the math versus withdrawal or purchases.

I was banking at FMW for about 10 years. Only took a $10 charge for them to load up several hundred dollars of overdraft fees while I was out of country. I tried to pay the $9.99 charge that went through and even offered to pay one overdraft fee of $35 but these money hungry bankers have no empathy or compassion for individuals and their unique situations. After leaving FMWB in December 2017 I recieve a collection notice on my credit statement in May 2020. This evil bank has now dropped my credit score under the score needed to secure my house loan. The devil is at work here. Evil, heartless people here. I am so ashamed to have been a part of this bank.
