  I used to get all my haircuts here but they are way too focused on following their “clip notes” or whatever it is that describes your last hair cut that they don’t even listen to you when you ask the simplest requests. I’m not a picky haircut person at all. I don’t really care how it turns out at all and they still seemed to disappoint every time. Went to sport clips over on 183rd and Harlem and it was way better.

  I recently had a haircut at Great Clips with Tina, and it was an amazing experience! Tina is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Her skills were evident as she crafted a perfect cut that suited my hair type and face shape. The atmosphere was friendly, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. If you're looking for a great haircut, I highly recommend this Great Clips!

  My son just came home from receiving a haircut and the back of his neck is scratched up and burns him. He said the woman who cut his hair was forceful and not very nice. I also noticed that she did not properly blend the back of his hair either! Jessi did return my call, which I appreciate, but this is completely unacceptable

  Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life! The lady doing my hair was eating a Big Mac while cutting and wasn’t focused on my hair. She took 5 minutes. Went and got a different haircut right after and will never go back. I hope she loses her job!!!!! She couldn’t take 5 minutes away from eating to do her job!!! Pathetic!!!

  Terrible experience for my son. He asked for an inch cut off the top and the stylist told him some obnoxious story about her nephew having long hair & breaking out on his forehead and decided to cut my son's hair extremely short.. She was rude too. It's a shame I wasn't with him or he never would have paid for this butcher job
