“The facility provides a clean and healthy environment, which allows a variety of equipment, to provide a great workout. I have been working out for over 49 years and cleanliness at a gym is not always a priority BUT the bathrooms and locker room is clean, which just adds to a positive experience.”
“I met head coach Naland Best, 5 years ago and my life changed. He inspired my love for fitness and stepping out of my comfort zone. Lina, who is also owner and coach, has incredible work ethic and love for her training. Together they can both help you reach your goals. We do lots of fun things together outside of the gym as well.We go on nature runs, challenge ourselves in obstacle races, like Spartan, that are locally and nationally. It’s amazing how I once thought I could never do some of the things I am doing now. Grateful for this gym and what Naland and Lina bring. Stop by.”

“Great small/medium size gym. It has all the equipment you need for a solid workout. There are some personal trainers if you need them as well as a yoga class on certain days. Additionally Juan does a great job cleaning the facility especially the women's restroom. I would recommend this gym.”
