I’m very disappointed of this location. I purchased 2 lawn chairs this past Friday, and they told me that they can hold them for me until Monday well when I came back to pick them up, they could not find them. To me, the manager wasn’t all that sorry for reselling my chairs. Although they gave me my money back, I could care less because the point was, I needed lawn chairs and I really liked those. They could have at least offered me another set and have me pay the same price but she did no such thing. I pray corporate sees this message because I’m highly disappointed and I need to be compensated for my time and inconvenience!

We had terrible experience with customer service at this location, specifically with Lamar. She was disrespectful at the check-out line with my entire family, which includes a newborn. For example, she took cards out of our hands and grabbed the payment device out of the hand of us. Very unprofessional employee.
