Absolutely horrible, would not recommend. Cancelled all policies over a month ago and they didn’t put them through. No help and could not explain why they didn’t do what they were supposed to.

Tara, is my State Farm agent. She’s is amazing, and wonderful. She has help tremendously with everything she possibly can to fix something or figure out what’s going on with any questions or concerns we have had. Great customer and engagement and management. I called just to get a couple answers about home insurance in order to make an accurate decision. Jim Fuentes not only was very knowledgeable but very understanding and allowing me to have space to think on the decision of insurance. Overall great experience.

These nice posts about Jim are from people who pay a great deal of money for insurance products. His "niceness" is an act. In real life this man is rude and ignorant. He is the male version of an out of control "karen". If these clients saw his behavior last night when dealing with prowess canine on oak park, you would be horrified. PROWESS CANINE has permission from a tenant in the building to use the parking lot for outdoor dog training after the business hours of any business in the building. He watched on video and then got over to the parking lot in his little "Tonka truck toy car" and proceeded to go off on the trainers running the dog class. When the trainer tried to have a polite exchange it was not possible for this "little man". He then proceeded to verbally be aggressive to the class attendees.
What he should have done is go back and speak to the lady who gave permission to prowess.
Guess when you were monitoring your cameras video feed you found this neighborly gesture intolerable. Mr. Oak park...I don't think so.

Wish I cancelled sooner. It seems no one is there to answer the phone. NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS EVEN THOUGH THEIR GOOGLE PAGE SAYS THEIR HOURS ARE 9am-1pm. You leave messages for call backs and will never hear from this office. I called to have my mortgage insurance cancelled and refund the money back to my mortgagee. They send the check to me giving me another chore. They’re quick to take your money but slow to ever help you.

I have been calling insurance companies all day getting quotes, getting nowhere, and them I spoke to Nikole she was amazing, she went above and beyond for me, to make my experience painless. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are shopping for insurance. Amazing customer service. ??
