Ridiculously over priced for the poor quality yearbook you receive. Don't bother personalizing because it's tiny and the ink from the print is all smudged. Almost looks like they used a crappy stamp and laminated over it. Kind of ridiculous when you pay that price for 2 yearbooks with terrible stamps on them that they charge extra for. Hopefully the school will choose better in the future.

Well, I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered about a month ago for a cap and gown and a personalized stole. It said the stole would ship within 3 weeks. We’re at 4 weeks without any shipping info, so I called. The gentleman said my order was delayed, but I received no such notification. He asked me to hold to see if he could get it expedited, and then said he would know in 4-8 hours and would email me. After being told the delivery date would be well after graduation, I asked to speak with a supervisor. After waiting 35 min on hold, she told me they’ve gotten too many orders and it would not be expedited. I said “oh, I thought I was going to find out in 4-8 hours if it would be expedited”, and she said “he was wrong.” Meanwhile, I’ve received an email every other day asking me to place another order with them. If they are overwhelmed and cannot keep their original promise, why would they be sending more emails out requesting more orders? The answer is simple. They want your money, and that’s all that matters. Praying on hard working college students about to reach the finish line of their degrees is pretty despicable and disgusting. Shop elsewhere.

My college graduation cap & gown with shipping is $192. This company should be ASHAMED of themselves and SHAME ON SCHOOLS for continuing to use them and scam their students.

Make sure to check your order. They are scam artists and BEYOND disappointed. Our announcements came and look nothing like the example they sent us in the mail or the sample online. Looks worse and like it was printed off an inkjet and folded. I tried calling as soon as we got them no answer

My experience began with a misunderstanding that led me to post a nasty review. (Hence the 4 stars)but since my review the sales rep for Richards High School has gone out of her way to calm me and make sure my son was happy with his ring before the Holiday! His ring is gorgeous and we are absolutely in love with the craftsmanship, quality, and assistance we have since received. He was also extremely pleased with the hoodie, bookbag, and school emblemed scarf! What had started out with a lot of emotions and negativity ended with a wonderful package and beautiful momentos that my son will always remember his High School years with!

I recommend just purchasing your cap and gown if needed, I purchased a 2X hoodie to sum up my problem: It's essentially a glorified crop hoodie raising one of my arms or both, the hoodie only comes to midway. My usual size is an extra large, and I decided to size up, just in case, and clearly, that wasn't enough. I also purchased 2 shirts. Both shirts, luckily, did not have the same problem as the hoodie, but I'm still disappointed because I got a graduation package, and that was over $150 to purchase. I also wouldn't recommend purchasing a grad pack unless you know you're gonna be wearing your senior merge.
Included in the grad pack that I purchased were two shirts, a hoodie,
2 tassels, my cap and gown, and a draw string bag along with a key chain. The shirts are both different colors, btw.

Scammers! They made us pay $50 cash (would not accept any other form of payment) for a graduation gown and wouldn't give a receipt. Looks like we just bought some of the rude and unfriendly employees lunch. Nom nom nom

Customer service is not helpful. They screwed up my order and will not fix it unless I pay extra. I would not recommend and will never use them again.
