Very inappropriate location. Refused to answer the phone for appropriate location. Would not say anything I have called several times. They will answer and hang up never say a word.

I went in for a drug test and James was very nice. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen. He made the trip worth while. I was in and out in 5 minutes

I wish I didn’t have to give this place 1 star. I drove all the way here just to be told screening is over at 11:00. I got here at 11:36. No where online or on my donor pass does it state those hours. Not to mention the young lady at the desk was very rude and unprofessional for no reason. I was asking if there was another location with longer hours and she told me no very rudely. It was the last day to take the test and I was inconvenienced due to the incorrect hours being posted.

Failed to send an itemized bill upon multiple requests. I was charged $2,500 for a test that costs $750-$1,500 at other lab services. LabCorp has also been in trouble for fraud on and off over the last 3 decades. Explains a lot.

Went for routine lab work. Easy check-in.
I have hard-to-find veins, but had a great lab tech! He was very friendly and was able to get what they needed. It was pretty painless too!
Docked one star (not location related) but LabCorp forces you to store a credit card, which I'm not a fan of for a host of reasons.

Rude unprofessional lady at front desk. I signed up for an employer drug screen and had my toddler in tow. When the lady finally came to the front desk after waiting, I was told I can't have a child with me and they could not wait in the waiting room.... when I asked why this disclaimer wasn't in an email when I made an appointment online, she proceeded to point to the wall and state "it's on the wall" and "your employer should've told you". (it's not my employers rule idiota, it's labcorps!!!). It would've been nice to have known this prior. Especially not having the ability to leave my child with anyone during their open hours. That is a nonsensical rule labcorp that is not convenient for everyone, which you should make clients aware of before wasting time and gas!!!!!.Will never return to any labcorp. It's never a pleasant experience. I requested my test to be transferred to Quest...they are always quick, pleasant and PROFESSIONAL!!! And allow my child to stand outside the bathroom during testing.
