  What’s the point of having drive up lanes if one cannot perform transactions using the drive up?? During a pandemic?

  Took all day to try and get a payoff quote for my loan, and couldn't get it. 5 emails, dozens of phone calls, and still, they couldn't produce a payoff quote. Worst bank in US, hopefully, they get caught cheating the system, and dissolved. Losers.

  The employees are extremely nice here, I've seen them handle the roughest customer with ease.
