“I will preface this review with I live near Mokena and have the luxury of being close to one of their warehouse locations.
After a few slow-moving email exchanges with a sales rep, I decided to visit the AA Medical warehouse in Mokena to get a firsthand look at the equipment — and I’m so glad I did. I was SO fortunate to be assisted by Mike Kobalski, who, despite not being a sales associate, has over 40 years of deep industry experience and an incredible wealth of knowledge.
Mike went above and beyond — personally moving and setting up multiple standing microscopes until we found the right one. He ensured everything was fully functional and met my clinical needs. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up purchasing three high-quality pieces of equipment and have no doubt I’ll be returning to Mike and AA Medical for all future purchases.
