Write reviews and recognize the person. Good service doesn’t get recognized as often as bad service does. So in conclusion we enjoy shopping at Menards and will continue to do so. Thank you Menards for great service and for Josh. The great attitude and desire to help customers did not go unnoticed.

After 45 min in the store , one of the managers said she need another 15-20 min to get someone to help me find a shower door , I got the same one cheaper price from lowes , in and out 15 min nice people in lowes

it was a great place for buying most metal works material or tools. Even you can find a small garden house there. Or you can repaint your house in another color or take a new design concert, You may have a new ideal there too.

I bought from their store in Tinley a “professionally” pre -assembled vanity, three of the vanity’s door were misaligned, I went back to their plumbing manager ( btw very careless and disrespectful) they offer me talking down the whole vanity after (I paid for installation) bring it back and replace it with another vanity and pay again for installation and delivery!! they had no regard to all extra money I would waste just because they sell their customer defective products which they refuse to back up or take responsibility for!! Horrible experience

I am finishing a basement for a customer. I asked her to go and pick a few things out for us to install, one of them being shower doors. She went to Menards, picked out the ones she wanted and had to order them. Upon ordering them, she was told they would take approximately 2-3 weeks to come in, which would work out with our timeframe. They however did not, putting the project on hold. She had since ordered glass shower doors from Home Depot that were delivered withing 3 days. When the ones from Menards finally did come in, she needed to return them. Not only were they not the size she ordered, but they charged her a 25% restocking fee for incorrect items that were never opened. I as well as all of my subcontractors are cutting ties with Menards. Any subcontractor my Companies hires will not be allowed to get supplies at Menards.
