They should really make a 0 star option! Giving it one star seems very generous on me or anyone else who's shopped there and had to conversate with Rai/Ray?! Absolute asshole to say the least. She seemed to complain about all the basic daily job duties Michaels or any other company for that matter requires. Talk about someone with zero patience when one small thing goes wrong. Having to void an order once or twice due to false advertisement and a voucher not working shoulnt have caused the scene it did! Slamming paints on the counter and bitching to your manager for overrides due to the "customer messing up" is quite literally the most childish act I've seen in a place of work by far. My voucher never ended up working at the end of the transaction due to "somthing i did" but at that point I was too fed up to care. Maybe he or she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but hoping rays day gets better so other customers don't have to experience such an unfortunate experience and so this individual doesn't negatively represent all Michaels' locations !

This is the absolute WORST Michaels ever!!! No one answers the phone. Custom framing is a joke!! Communication is horrific and employees work when they want!! If you want quality service, pass this Micjaels up!!

I always love going to this Michaels. Their products are well placed and I can always find what I need. I also like the fact that they always have cashiers so you are not waiting in line so long.

I had ordered an item for same day pick up curbside just to be told that it was going to be given to me two days from today. I live an hour away. Never got an email or a call to inform me. That's why I ordered for same day!

Horrible customer service. Tried to check on an order didn't get an answer on the phone the whole day. Tried again today, finally got an answer but the person who answered was totally rude, and seemed like I was bothering him with my questions. Didn't try to help me at all.

Combined with the sales and coupons you can get some really good deals its a great place to find the last part to make your project complete since they carry everything you need in the crafting world....they also offer classes for young and old

This Michael's was great. Their clearance rack had 90% off and I was able to get some fake succulent plants as well as some notebooks, mosaic tile kits, ceramic trinket jewelry dishes, pencil pouches, and more for around $1 or so. It is a large Michaels but my one complaint is how they seem to be lacking in employees. It is difficult to track one down. Always print out a coupon from online to save some money. The frames always seem to be on sale as well. I like the convenient location within this strip mall. The other thing is they don't have a cart corral in the parking lot so please don't be rude and take your cart back in the store, lol!

This store's staff is always friendly and willing to help. It's a fairly busy location and sometimes they don't always have enough staff working or a full stock of merchandise. I go to this Michaels for EVERYTHING! I'm apart of their rewards program and as they are building the program, I'm extremely happy with it
