Came in because I was told to come back if I wasn't feeling better so I came back because more symptoms presented itself and the medicine that was given wasnt helping my ears plus I now had extreme congestion just for the Black nurse Practitioner with a masculine short haircut to completely ignore everything I said and tried to get smart mouthed saying I don't know what you want me to do I can't do anything and I don't know why the last person gave you am antibiotic in the first place(again if she listened to anything that came out my mouth she would've known why) Go somewhere else if you see the black nurse Practitioner and reschedule. The previous people I've had actually listened and tried to help even if I've had to come back. If somebody comes back clearly they don't feel good. I have asthma and easily get upper respiratory infections if illnesses don't clear up and clearly need a Taper dose of prednisone to help. Just walk away if you see the black NP.

I'd go somewhere else if you can.Asked me to come back for a follow-up visit, and it was a complete waste of time to get another bill out of me. Take everything they say with a second opinion.

I visited this Minute Clinic location in order to obtain a TB shot for a new job. The NP on staff asked and obtained my insurance for the duration of the visit. She informed me that my TB shot was covered by my insurance with proof to take home. Approximately a month later, I received 2 bills. When I called Minute Clinic to inquire about these charges, they advised me to contact my insurance company. My insurance company told me that they do not cover TB shots. They said that the claim was not run through my insurance. So, I am not sure what my insurance was run through and why they gave me fake paperwork. I will not be visiting any Minute Clinics ever again!!! I advise anyone taking the time to read this review to do the same.

Had a Gout flare, asked to be seen, the clinic was empty. The nurse said I could not be seen and the reason was because they just returned from lunch and they were booked for today. Really, there was no one waiting. Why say it's a walk in clinic??? She told me there was a urgent care down the street on 159th. My pain is 10/10.

Got in quick for my appointment. Both the Nurse and the Nurse Practitioner, Bethany Wolf, were fantastic and able to diagnose my symptoms and get me the right medication. This place is quick and efficient. I'd come here again over a doctor's office with long wait times and a doctor who spends 2 minutes with me and charges considerably more.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I see so many bad reviews because people have one bad experience and base their review off of that one experience. Everyone has bad days. I was treated here about a year ago for a severe cold. The nurse practitioner (who's name i cannot remember for my life) was amazing. She listened to me and made sure I had every medication I needed. Gave me instructions on when to follow up and everything. I went again for a sore throat since my doctor wouldn't see me. Every time I come I make an appointment online which is so easy and I never have waited more than 15 minutes. They are to the point and the nurse practitioner that cared for me today was amazing as well! She was very knowledgeable and nice I trusted her professional opinion 100% which for me does not happen often. It is very hard for me to find a healthcare provider that I trust so this place is great for me. I wish it was a primary care office! I will definitely come back!

Christine was thorough and listened to my concerns. Her bedside manner was very welcoming. She informed me she is fairly new and I said they are lucky to have you as an addition to the team.

This place is garbage. Waited for 70min to be told nothing was wrong with me. They tested me for strep throat and said I was fine, nothing at all wrong. I know my body and if I don't catch a throat infection it will develop into a abscess. Went to a doctor near by and sure enough I have strep. They dont know what they are doing here, don't waste your time or money.

Terrible service. I wasnt feeling well and made an appointment online. I arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. After waiting 45 minutes, was told that they didn't have me in their system. I showed the confirmation code I received (received it via email) only to be told that the nurse couldn't see me. I was told issue would be forwarded to their IT department. Awful experience. Will never use this service again.

I went in here thinking it would be a cheap diagnosis for my flu like symptoms. I got charged 135$ And waited 2 hours for her to tell me that she didn't know what was wrong and to “take some Claritinâ€. I then go to an actual doctors and turns out I have strep throat. NEVER going to a minuteclinic ever and I advise all to do the same, if you care about your health and wallet.

I am traveling out of state to care for my elderly father. Got sick as soon as I landed in Chicago after suffering for a few days I Googled and found minute clinic. The nurse practitioner Linda Pettit was very friendly professional and took care of me. The CVS pharmacy was equally nice. When you get sick while traveling out of state it is scary. They made it better
