I had a bad experience at the PetSmart in Tinley Park, IL. Firstly I called to make sure they had a Ball Python for sale in store and they told me yes over the phone. I drove an hour to get there. I ask one of the associates to assist me with adopting and she told me she needs to get her manager. The manager came and would not assist me. She told me they stop adopting an hour before the store closes. She told me a bold face lie. I know how PetSmart operates, I’ve bought plenty of animals (Chinchilla, Ferret, Iguanas, fish and bearded dragons) PetSmarts before. Anyhow, I was not pleased, I drove there for nothing, I didn’t get to adopt my snake. Worst experience ever!

DON’T GO TO PETSMART IN TINLEY PARK!!!!
Awful experience at Pet smart in Tinley Park. Brought my dog in as a Walk In to get his nails trimmed at 4:45 pm on Wednesday. The groomers left?? Lights off and no groomers to be found. The manager said that if they don’t have any appointments scheduled they leave. I said this is false advertisement on your website and out in front of the store. I asked to be compensated for bringing my dog in & not be able to get his nails trimmed. The female manager said she can’t do anything for me. So I went to Mokena Pet smart. Received excellent customer service and I was in & out in 15 mins. I will never go to Tinley Park Pet smart again.

Awful experience, came in for some dog food, the sticker said 22.99 but they were trying to charge me 34.99 the manager ended up coming out and not honor the price and called me names. I miss the old manager Natalie she was always super helpful and sweet. Never coming back to this pet smart again!!

Whoever was closing last night was incredibly rude.
We came in during right before closing and made a flying run through the shelves that took us quite literally two minutes. Checking out at 8:58 the cashier wouldn't acknowledge us, just turned the screen towards us while speaking on her cell phone about what was clearly a personal phone call She repeatedly tapped the screen to communicate with us instead of telling the person to hang on, and didn't even tell us our total or if we have any points. What a black mark on the usual friendly service we get here.

Horrible experience. There was a male worker Sunday 1/14/23 around 1pm who was the RUDEST employee life ever encountered and went out of his way to insult me and then argue with me in front of other employees and customers. Because of him I will never return to this store

The store is great. It's clean inside. The staff is always helpful. I haven't tested them with pet questions other than where is this or that, but they seem like they can answer some questions. Keep up the good work.
