“I recently visited the Walgreens drive-through to pick up my prescription. The young lady assisting me was extremely kind and helpful. She informed me that Walgreens also had the flu and COVID vaccines available, and when I went inside, she explained that they did not carry the RSV vaccine at this location.
Her knowledge and compassion really stood out to me. I immediately thought about my aunt, who was hospitalized for two weeks with the RSV virus, and I felt so grateful to have the opportunity to speak with her about my vaccine options.

“Olivia and Sebastian in the Café provided help and courtesy in ways that not only exceed my expectations, but likely the expectations of their positions. Sebastian volunteered and insisted to go the extra mile to ensure that my experience was top-notch at the end of the evening nearing closing time, and Olivia was not only complimentary of her coworker when I expressed my surprise at his zeal to accommodate a late request, but also went above and beyond by ensuring that my order was timely and exactly as I desired. Both of these employees brought so much life and genuine care to a position which could easily be overlooked that I was genuinely taken aback and and deeply impressed by their professionalism and demeanor. Whatever they're being paid to make pizza and hot dogs is insufficient; these two both ought to be moved into customer-facing positions where their natural skills can shine. These are the faces and actions of leaders. A+”
