Bad service, they don’t even worth one star. I gave them my dress as well with other family clothes before one week of my holiday and they told me to go and get it one day before the holiday. When I went to get the clothes back they were closed even though it wasn’t the time that they usually close. I tried to call them many times, left a message and a voicemail, but they never responded. We ended up wearing stuff from the closet. When we got back to take the clothes after the holiday, we told her about it and she pretended to understand what I was saying. Don’t recommend them, go and find any other good dry cleaner.

Brought in winter coat for new zipper. Picked up coat with same zipper on coat. Refused to refund my money. Lady scammed me out of $34

Took a white, button up dress shirt in to get cleaned. Had only worn one time. Went in white. Came out butter pecan ice cream colored. Don’t think I’ll be taking anything else there.

Unfortunately the store only accepts cash or check, not charge cards. And there is not a sign posted that says that. My husband tried to pick up our dry cleaning and didn't have enough cash, so I had to come the next day to pick it up.

They will write on your dress shirts with sharpie.

They don't place a note on the item where the stain doesn't come out !Then you end up wearing the item to work with the stain !

I found a new dress and I LOVED the fabric, but it fit like a tent. But the fabric was so pretty I decided to buy it any way and have it tailored. I brought it in here and they did a really good job on it. It was an A line dress and I wanted it tailored to be a straight line sheath. It also had pockets. She removed the pockets and it fits great-love the dress and the work they did.

Their service is horrible and they don't care about their customers. They just want to take your money and don't care what quality they give your clothes back to you. And they're never wearing masks when I go in. You're better off finding a different dry cleaners.

I went to this place with my suite and it was destroyed. The pants were uneven and one side was to short. The jacket got dry cleaned and was stained all up the back and when I asked them to replace it they yelled at me and said I did it myself. This place is awful and would never come back. Also they are much more expensive then the cleaners around them.
